CD92™ HOMOGENIZERS are mechanical fuel treatment system used on board ships and power plants to treat residual fuels of Medium Diesel Oil (MDO) and Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO) grades. Homogenized fuels have improved fuel structures.
Oil Sludge, inherent in residual oils, are reduced by up to 85% leading to higher burnable operative bunker fuel utilization and direct elimination of sludge disposal cost.
Homogenized Fuels improve combustion efficiency and quality. It reduces noxious exhausts gaseous emission ( NOx, Sox, CO2, CO, VOCs, Soot etc ) into the environment. It promotes environmental preservation.
CD92™ HOMOGENIZER systems enabled the use of lower grade (cost) fuel such as IFO 700+ which otherwise would not be possible.
Homogenizer systems use have the combined effects of reducing the Diesel Engine and Fuel Equipment maintenance and parts replacement cost. Repair and Periodic Maintenance interval become extended.
